How long does it take to get my order?
All in stock orders are shipped out within 1-3 business days. Custom orders typically have a 4-6 week waiting time, however, availability changes based on our schedule. For custom orders, we recommend reaching out to us if you require it by a specific date.
If you don't have something in stock, can I still place an order for it?
For items out of stock, typically orders can be placed for them. Upon arrival, the items will be shipped to you. Please send us an email if you are interested in an out of stock item or if you need an item but in a different colour, for example.
Our Store Policies
How Do I Place an Order?
Orders can be placed through our online shop at www.threesixtyaccessories.com or through email by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org.
When ordering online, add all items to the cart. Then proceed to your cart to confirm your inventory selection. Once confirmed, input all required information and proceed to checkout.
When ordering through email, please indicate specifically the following:
1. Desired Items Name/SKUs
2. Quantity of Desired Items
3. Name of Customer
4. Address of Customer
5. Email of Customer
An invoice will then be sent to your email, in which the customer can pay after reviewing all information. Once payment is received, the items will be shipped to the customer's address of choice.
Our Return Policy
How It Works
All sales are final. Final sale items cannot be returned for exchange, credit or refund.
If you would like to cancel or change your order before the items have been shipped, please contact us at email@example.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Please keep in mind that our systems have been designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process.
If you cancel an item that qualified for a promotion, you may no longer receive that discount or promotion on your future order.
Shipping and Delivery
How It Works
As a result of our MASSIVE Summer Closing Sale, all orders will be charged a flat $10 shipping fee at checkout. Porch pickup is also available in Tottenham, ON.
You can only ship to one address each time you checkout. If you are shopping and would like to send products to multiple locations, you will need to place each order separately.
Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days.
Expedited Shipping Estimates within Canada:
In-Stock Items - 2 to 7 business days
Backordered Items - 2 to 3 weeks
Custom Orders - 4 to 6 weeks (this timeline can vary depending on our schedule. Please contact us if you require your order by a specific day)
